2. Products & Handcrafted Nature

Each watch sold by Hypnotic Watches LTD features a hand-painted and handmade dial. Due to the artisanal nature of our products, small imperfections may occur and are part of the unique craftsmanship. These imperfections do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for returns based on aesthetic variation.

3. Orders & Payments

• By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

• Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion.

• Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase using our accepted payment methods.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship worldwide.

Shipping times may vary based on location.

• Any customs duties or taxes imposed by your country are the buyer’s responsibility.

• We are not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control, including carrier issues or customs processing.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the watch is sealed and unused.

• To initiate a return, contact info@hypnoticwatches.co.uk with your order details.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process a refund (excluding shipping costs).

6. Warranty & Repairs

• Warranty Coverage: All watches come with a 24-month warranty covering the dial and movement.

• What’s Covered:

• Mechanical defects in the movement

• Manufacturing defects in the dial

• What’s Not Covered:

• Damage due to accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs

• Water damage if the watch was not used correctly 

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches or strap damage

7. Limitation of Liability
